From there it went to heart wrenching, with a very very believable reaction from Clark and Lex. Lex's solution was completely him, heart in the right place but missing a few vital steps. I have to tell you, I'm very glad that they didn't make up on a whipping. There's no magic make-up, but it did end on a positive note-as much as they want it to work, it will.
