So my sister and husband are making dinner with my BIL kibitzing, my niece is watching Madagascar and I'm attempting to write my kidfic.

It gets a tad surreal when I walk into the kitchen and my sister is cutting open a pomegranate.

I'm never going to be able to look at a pomegranate again without thinking about Le Beau Et La Bete Noire
