Notes: Prompt from ladydey for 1-18-07 meme. "AU -- Kal comes to Earth from Krypton for a visit as a young man/teenager, meets Lex, sparks fly, Kal has to leave and doesn't return until he's a little older and meets Lex again." Well, the prompt started it anyway. Not exactly sure when the other story moved in and took over. This manip by lapetite_kiki immediately sprang into my mind (http://lapetite-kiki.livejournal.com/71195.html) and she very kindly consented to my using it to help illustrate the story.

The layout is Expressive - Bloom Orange. I wanted something simple with the features I thought were useful, the sidebar, tags, links and summary. I knew I was going to be too busy writing to mess around with banners for a while. The color suits my eyes, not to tough on old eyes. :-D

Haven't started on the fic yet, but just had to tell you the banner is lovely. "Making them happy one story at a time" is sucha good way of puttng it. Made recognize that that's what the fanfic authors are doing (not all the time, but mostly that's what they do... *happy sigh*)

And the picture has a very quiet calm quality. Doesn't try to overdo itself.
