Ohhh, that was a good one! *Dabs at eyes* That's a lovely song, and one of my favorite groups. I always thought "Fall into Me" was fitting for Lex and Clark, too.

Okay...

Just so you know, i've reread this one three times today; and each time it hits me as hard. So, yeah; I'm right there with Hoperoy...there is just something about this one. Definitely one of your best. It's an indefinable thing, a je'ne se quois (sp) sort of feel, but it's ABSOLUTELY there. Cried inside. The devastation...

Whenever you write Clark wasting away without Lex it is just so damned evocative. Lex doesn't on sheer force of will; he more wastes away emotionally. Clark just falls to bits.

How do people who only watch the show not realize that it is when these two lost each other that they became totally imbalanced?!

GREAT song choice. Hell, great fic all around. I think i may just have to read it again tonight, and wallow in all the sights/sounds/smells/emotions it engenders.

This was so sad. Good but sad. For a moment, in the loft, I thought Clark had decided to end it. I was so scared. Wonderful fic btw, even if it made me cry, I loved it. Lex has always been able to compartmentalize his emotions where Clark just can't. Things always seem to hurt him more. This was so lovely. And you did such a good job... *sniffs* Great job as always.

You're right about Lex's seeming to move on much more easily than Clark - with the exception of Clark and Lionel, I guess. Glad you enjoyed despite the tears and Thanks!

This was just amazing. I love the idea of Clark being able to sing so well (makes me wonder if Tom can sing or not). The depths of despair you showed Clark sinking to really brought tears to my eyes. And how perfect that Lex finally realized that Clark needed him so much.

Loved the "I do" of forgiveness as Clark wakes up!
