Best prescription ever

Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue suck.

I was going to sleep the day away, but several cold noses applied to the back of my neck insisted on a bathroom break. 16 muddy paws and a round of treats later, I'm dressed and drinking an almond milk latte.

Dogs don't suck.

I just got back from a walk in the park with my two girls and my two puppies ;) After sitting in a stuffy office all day it was nice to be out in the fresh air, laughing and kicking a ball for the dogs. Lifted my spirits :)

I can't wait for walking season to start here. Hopefully, it'll be just a few more weeks and we'll be walking outside every day I can. :-D

Two of my local friends have Fibromyalgia. It's just so hard to deal with, never knowing from day today if you will have the cope to deal with the day.

Em has her little doggie and feels the same as you. Life may suck on any given day, but at least she has Mikey and a reason to crawl out of bed.

Yes, the two new ones are Venus and Serena, approximately 3 years old, some kind of terrier mix. I deliberately searched for a bonded pair to rescue and there they were, just waiting to join us.

Dogs are how I get thru the worst days and increase my enjoyment of the best days.

They do their best to make sure I poke my nose outside at least 4 times a day if not more. :-D
